Todd Steltz
Principal
Todd Steltz majored in Spanish at Nazareth College and holds a Master’s degree in Christian School Education from Baptist Bible College. He lived in Spain for a year, Bolivia for two years and Honduras for four years. His time in Bolivia and Honduras was as a missionary. Mr. Steltz has been with LCS since 2013.

Rebekah Sanner has Bachelor’s degrees in Intercultural Studies and Bible Exposition and Theology from Emmaus Bible College in Debuque, Iowa. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from George Fox University School of Business in Newberg, Oregon. Ms. Sanner joined LCS in 2016.

Craig Welker earned his B.S. in Elementary Education from SUNY Oneonta with a concentration on History. He also has his Masters in Literacy Education from Nazareth College. Mr. Welker taught Middle School History and Science for 13 years at Webster Christian School before joining the LCS faculty this year.

Sharon Nitsch holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Monroe Community College Central City Business Institute. She hosts the National Honor Society reception as well as many other functions. Mrs. Nitsch has been at LCS since 1994.

Dave Dils earned an Associate’s Degree from Finger Lakes Community College in Architectural Design. He also holds Journeyman’s papers for Carpentry. Mr. Dils has been employed with LCS since 2013.
Karen Conlon- Chairman
Karen Conlon is a member of Lima Baptist Church. She is a stay-at-home mom. She received a B.S. in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan College. Karen has had four children graduate from LCS. Her youngest child is currently a student at LCS.
William Redman- Secretary
Bill Redman is a member of Lima Baptist Church. Bill has attended LBC since 1983 and is involved in many ministries including children’s church and Sunday school. Bill’s youngest child attends Lima Christian School. His two older children have graduated from LCS and are currently in college. He is involved in Boy Scouts. Bill works in the Information Technology and Security field, and is involved in technology networking groups in Rochester.
Randy Arnold
Randy Arnold is Senior Manager of Test Engineering at Harris Communication Systems. Randy and his wife, Lisa, are Western NY natives, members of Grace Life Church, and have had two of their children, Joshua and Kimberly, graduate from LCS. Their third child, Nathan, is currently in high school at LCS. Randy has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
Paul Celuch
Paul is a member of Lima Baptist Church. He is the former school board chairman. His son graduated from LCS. Paul is the Co-Founder of College Assistance Plus in Honeoye Falls, NY.
Jason J. McGuire
Jason is the President of New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA, and Pastoral Ministry, Davis College, Johnson City, NY. Jason has 3 children that attend LCS.
Ernie Thompson
Ernie Thompson is married with 3 children who attended and graduated from LCS in1997, 2000, and 2005. He is Director of Operations at Xactiv Inc. He has a Master’s degree of Business Administration from RIT and a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Chemistry from St. John Fisher College.
Robert Wheeler
Bob is the Senior Pastor of Lima Baptist Church. He attended Elim Bible Institute earning a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Theresa Dils
Theresa is a Lima Baptist Church member who is involved in Children’s Church and Summer’s Best Two Weeks Mini Camp. Mrs. Dils is a graduate of Hougton College with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Mercyhurst University. Mrs. Dils has been a Special Education teacher since 1997. She has two children enrolled at LCS and hosts an international student.
