We are encouraging new and returning families to use our Sycamore Education Enrollment Portal.

New Families:  Before starting the application process, we ask you to call the Lima Christian School Main Office at 585-624-3841 and talk with the staff to discover if our school is a good fit for your student(s). See additional requirements below.

Returning Families:  You may follow the links and start the re-enrollment process.  You will need your Sycamore Education Family login, username, and password.  If you are missing that information, please contact Jerry Thompson (tech@limachristian.org) or Deb Herring (dherring@limachristian.org)

First time users:  Please watch the tutorial before starting the process.  The tutorial will answer 98% of the questions.

New Family Enrollment Requirements

Lima Christian School has a rolling admissions process to accommodate students who move to our area or choose to enter part way through the academic year.

Before starting the enrollment process, please understand that the following are part of the application process and found inside the Enrollment Portal:

  • Application form along with non-refundable $50 application fee
  • School records (sign and return school records release form OR send release directly to home district)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Pastoral reference (send to pastor)
  • Student Placement Examination
  • Interview with the Principal

Most of these items will be a part of the Enrollment Portal. The Main Office will supply the balance.

 

New Families need to complete steps 1 & 2, step 3 after acceptance.

Returning Families need to complete ONLY step 3.


Step 1: Application

Lima Christian School has a rolling admissions process to accommodate students who move to our area or choose to enter part way through the academic year. For regular admissions, we recommend applying by May 1st.

The following need to be completed and returned to the Lima Christian School main office.

  • Application form along with non-refundable $50 application fee
  • School records (sign and return school records release form OR send release directly to home district)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Pastoral reference (send to pastor)

If you prefer an application be mailed to you, please call our office at (585) 624-3841. Application materials may be mailed or dropped off in person to the address at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Student Examination and Interview

All students are required to:

  • take an entrance examination
  • parent(s)/student(s) must complete an interview with the principal
  • student entrance examinations and the parent/student interview are scheduled on the same day

Once your application has been processed, LCS will contact you to set up the examination/interview date.

Step 3: Decision and Enrollment

New Families need to complete after acceptance.

Returning Families need to complete this step.

Upon acceptance, the following forms need to be completed and returned to LCS along with the $125 enrollment fee.

The printed Statement of Agreement must be signed and included with your enrollment forms. Enrollment, Health, and Statement of Agreement forms may be mailed or dropped off in person to:
