Thank you for your interest in Lima Christian School.

Please review the application requirements. Click the appropriate link below for paper forms. Once you’re able to complete the items on the checklist, the Admissions Office will be able to make a decision on admission. Please submit all paperwork to the attention of Patty Pragle in the Admissions Office via mail or email at admissions@limachristian.org.

In order to complete your application, please be sure to:

☐ Schedule a personal tour of our campus

Complete the application with a $50 / student application fee. Checks payable to Lima Christian School

☐ Schedule a family interview with the School Principal

☐ Schedule an academic placement screening

Application Fee Payment Options

You may submit your enrollment fee by Credit Card. Click on the “Add to Cart” below and then click the number of students that are applying for admission to LCS. You will be taken to the very secure PayPal website. To complete the transaction without a PayPal account, please click the light grey “Check Out” button.

OR you can send a check made out to Lima Christian School (Add “Application Fee” to the comment area) or cash.




This information is for families who have been accepted to Lima Christian School.

In order to better assist you in completing all the steps necessary for enrollment, please review the requirements below. All forms can be downloaded here or paper copies can be mailed upon request.

Please submit all paperwork to Patty Pragle via mail or email at registrar@limachristian.org. In order to complete your child(s) enrollment please be sure to:

☐ Complete and submit all health forms. Required NYS School Health Form for Physicians

☐ Review the Family Handbook and sign and return the Statement of Agreement.

☐ Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

☐ Submit the enrollment fee of $125. Family maximum is $375. Scroll to the bottom for payment options.

☐ Sign and return the financial agreement.

☐ Complete and return Transportation Permission form.
